Thank you for considering my holistic services. To ensure that we have a smooth and enjoyable experience together, take a moment to thoroughly explore my entire website. Once you feel well-acquainted with the information, I invite you to initiate contact by filling out my New Client Intake Form. This ensures we start our journey on the same page and allows me to better tailor our interaction to your preferences. I graciously request that any communication or contact be made during my working hours, which are from 11 am to 8 pm. Please note, that I do not do admin work outside of these hours. I appreciate your respect for this boundary.
Policies and Etiquette
Punctuality: I ask that all my clients arrive exactly at their reserved appointment time. If you’re running late, unfortunately your arrival time will affect the length of your booking.
Deposit: A $100 deposit is required to book a reservation.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel, I understand that life happens. Any session cancelled within 24 hours of our initial reservation will result in me keeping your deposit. If you wish to reschedule, another deposit will be required.
No Call No Show: In the event of a missed appointment without prior notice, kindly note that the full rate for the scheduled time will be expected as compensation. Rescheduling may not be possible until this matter is addressed.
Hygiene: You will be asked to shower upon arrival, toiletries will be available but you are also welcome to bring your own.
New York Location: I hold appointments at my private studio in Hells Kitchen-Midtown West (45th St). Parking garage available.
Miami Location: Wynwood & Coconut Grove
Austin Location: East Austin
